Method of preparation

Dough is kneaded from the listed products.

Roll over a thin crust onto a well slanted top and cut into cookies.

One side is dipped in sugar.

Bake in an oven at 160 degrees.

Method of preparation
Sift the flour. Add sugar, vanilla and chilled oil. Stir the mixture until it gets crumbs. Beat the eggs and add them.

On a flour-covered surface, mash a smooth dough. Divide it in two pieces and one of the cocoa beans. Repeat.

Roll the light dough into a rectangle.

Roll the dark dough into a rectangle of the same size. Put both tests on top of each other and roll in roll. Wrap it in foil and leave it in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Cut the prepared roll across the circles and arrange them in a greased pan.

Bake in a preheated, moderate oven until ready.
