IMPROVER FOR WAFFLE SHEETS

Improver for waffle sheets – ice cream cones, raised cigarettes and cones.

The entire process is improved. Stratification of the dough iseliminated, moisture is reduced, durability is increased, baking time is shortened, energy consumption is less. The phyllo is fresh, crispy, unicoloured with clearly expressed golden-beige colour.

DOSAGE: 0.1 % of flour weight. Put directly in the flour

Ingredients Necessary
oil - 65 g melted
sugar - 250 g
salt - 1 pinch
eggs - 2 pcs.
water - 450 ml
flour - 250 g
vanilla - or cinnamon for fragrance

Improver for waffle sheets-method of preparation
Beat well melted butter, sugar, salt ,eggs and  improver for waffle sheet. Add to this mixture in small portions and alternating water and flour. Stir until the mixture is homogenized. Aromatize the mixture.

Allow the dough to stand for 1 hour. During this time make funnels of cardboard, prepare a small bowl of waffle pots. It is good to have the shapes slightly greased.

Heat the Waffle, add a large spoonful of dough, and roast the bark. Ready coats are immediately placed on the molds - wrap around the funnel or put in the bowl until they cool down and harden.

oil - 65 g liquid
sugar - 250 g

water - 450 ml
flour - 250 g
cinnamon

Improver for waffle sheet- method of preparation
We take a bowl and put the butter, sugar, salt, eggs and improver for waffle sheets in it and break it down well. Add water and flour in small portions, alternating water and flour until we use it all. Then add spices as desired (vanilla and cinnamon). The finished dough is allowed to swell for 1 hour.

We prepare the waffle to heat up to bake the dough. To obtain the tubes, a dandelion is prepared.
With a large spoon (for cooking) pour dough into the waffle and bake it until the desired darkening.

Once removed, the wafer has to be processed right away. To obtain the tubes are wound on the rolling pin. Let them cool down and harden.

The wafers fill them as desired. May be with ice cream, pudding, creams, creams, nuts or fruit fillings.

Waffles remain fresh for quite a while if they are in a tightly closed box - so they can be prepared in advance and enjoyed when needed
